Will Wish Legacy Office (hereinafter "the Service") is operated by Global Women Impact Pte. Ltd. (a Singapore-registered company, UEN: 202443270D, registered at 10 Anson Road #10-11 International Plaza, Singapore 079903), providing online final wishes recording, storage, and delivery services. This Service does not constitute a legal document, has no legal will effect, and does not replace wills prepared by lawyers or notaries. This Service is solely an emotional and memorial wishes recording platform, helping users preserve personal wishes, messages, and memories digitally and deliver them to designated guardians.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian to use this Service. Users shall ensure the accuracy of their registration information and properly safeguard their account credentials. The Service shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorized account access. Each user may register only one account and shall not transfer or lend their account to others.
This Service operates on a one-time payment model, granting lifetime access upon payment. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available after payment completion, unless otherwise required by law. Prices may be adjusted due to market and exchange rate factors, but existing paid users' rights will not be affected. The Service reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice on the website.
Users bear full responsibility for all content they upload or input (including but not limited to text, photos, voice recordings, and videos). The Service does not review the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of wish content. Users shall not use the Service to store or distribute illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. The Service reserves the right to remove such content without notice.
The Service will make reasonable efforts to protect user data security, including but not limited to encryption, regular backups, and access controls. However, the Service cannot guarantee absolute data security or permanent data preservation. The Service shall not be liable for data loss caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, or system failures). Users are advised to maintain their own backups of important wish content.
Wish delivery is initiated when designated guardians submit death certificates or related documentation. The Service will conduct reasonable verification of submitted documents but does not guarantee absolute verification accuracy. The Service shall not be liable for improper delivery caused by forged or erroneous documents. The designation and management of guardians is the user's responsibility; the Service does not intervene in disputes between guardians and users.
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service does not guarantee: (1) uninterrupted or error-free service; (2) permanent data preservation without loss; (3) delivery of wishes at the exact time expected by users; (4) that guardians will execute wishes according to users' intentions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
The Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updated terms posted on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
